Shawn is a pest management expert having been involved in pest control on the Sunshine Coast since 1998 with an impressive track record of success. Shawn prides himself on excellent customer relations skills, problem solving, and tact. Shawn has extensive knowledge and experience with all structural pests in British Columbia and especially the Sunshine Coast. He recently achieved a near perfect score of 99% on the ministry structural pest control certification exam.

Chris Kendel – Pest Management Consultant

Chris has accumulated years of experience in pest control on the Sunshine Coast and came to this line of work with an already extensive knowledge of birds, rodents and mammals including larger mammals such as bear and deer. Having Chris on the team gives us an added level of expertise. Chris has quickly become an expert on all structural pests and achieved an amazing 98% on the ministry certification exam. Chris has a background in construction, management and customer relations.

Ray Kendel – B.Sc : Research, Development and Consultant

Ray Kendel is part owner of Innovative Pest Control. Ray is a biologist and expert on horticulture, mammals and insects. He is also highly skilled in construction and structural maintenance. Ray acts as a consultant whenever needed. There is nothing Ray can’t fix.

Lee Kendel – B.Ed : Office Manager, Website Development & Technology

Lee makes sure we are up to date on the latest technology with regard to office procedures, organization and web development. Lee helps ensure that we continue to be the most effective and organized pest control company on the Sunshine Coast.
